80150 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the rules and conditions governing all users' access to and use of the 80150 platform in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any service on this platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 80150 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 80150 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 80150 platform. This platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Users who register with false information or who do not meet the age requirement may have their account closed without notice, and any unwithdrawable balance may be forfeited.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 80150 platform. Registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and matching bank account details. Inaccurate information may result in transaction processing delays or account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 80150 will never request your password through any external communication channel. All activity carried out through your account is deemed to have been performed by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to our support team.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact us immediately and change your password. 80150 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account while a security investigation is underway.

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 80150 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported online banking methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and direct bank transfer through major Malaysian banks. Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits vary depending on the selected method and current account settings.

Withdrawals can only be credited to a Malaysian bank account registered in the name of the 80150 account holder. The bank account name must match the name registered on the platform. Any withdrawal request with mismatched details will take longer to process or may require additional verification.

Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. All bonus terms are detailed in the promotions section of your account. 80150 reserves the right to hold or investigate any transaction suspected of involving fraud or platform abuse before processing the payout.

80150 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers that are outside our control.

4. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

80150 platform users agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, including but not limited to: using another person's account, attempting to manipulate the system, abusing promotions or bonuses, using automated software or bots to access the platform, or any attempt to disrupt the platform's technical operations.

Users also agree not to share their login credentials with any other party, not to use a VPN or proxy service to bypass regional restrictions, and not to deposit funds derived from illegal activities into their 80150 account.

The 80150 platform employs an active detection system to identify abuse. Any user found to be in breach of these rules may face action including permanent account suspension or closure without a refund.

5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

80150 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for reasons including: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, providing false information during registration, or a request by the relevant legal authorities.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified via your registered contact method. The duration of the investigation depends on the complexity of the case. If no wrongdoing is found, the account will be reinstated and any pending transactions will be processed.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting 80150 customer support. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all wagering requirements have been met and routine checks are completed. Accounts closed at the user's request cannot be reopened using the same details.

80150's liability is limited to the amount of funds held in the user's account balance at the time of any claim. The platform is not liable for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and materials found on the 80150 platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The 80150 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. The presence of such links does not imply that 80150 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.

80150 reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 80150 platform shall be resolved through the processes prescribed by applicable Malaysian law.
